We develop physical abilities
For the development of a healthy and harmonious body, in training we develop all physical abilities - strength, speed, endurance, coordination, flexibility and dexterity.
We train in different conditions
Often, in order to increase immunity, promote interest in training, get closer to real life conditions, training takes place not only in the gym, but also in the stadium, on the beach and in the forest.
We vary the training
This means that our training is not only based on learning sports or traditional karate. In training, we also learn techniques of other types of fighting, acrobatics, work with traditional weapons,
We gain confidence
From the very first lesson, students learn to be confident in their abilities, to be brave and independent. This is achieved by gradually learning karate techniques and strengthening the body.
We earn belts
Regularly - several times a year, students take an exam for the kyu degree - belts, in which they demonstrate all their knowledge, skills and abilities, physical preparation and mental resilience acquired in previous training.
We participate in camps
Our students have a great opportunity to make new friends during the summer, spend their free time usefully, learn karate in depth and much more in exciting camps.
