Since 1995, KARATE became my most passionate passion, which grew into a desire to improve by teaching others. Having obtained a bachelor's degree at the Latvian Academy of Sports Pedagogy, I became a coach in 2006, while simultaneously developing my pedagogical skills in school sports classes working with students. I graduated from LSPA in 2010 with a master's degree in Sports Science.

Karate is a life-long development path. It is an endless tool for strengthening your body and spirit, tempering your character.
